How can I search for a product on Insity?

The easiest way to search for a product is to use the search box at the top of the page. Type in at least 3 characters of the name of the product, a drop down box will show you all the matching items which can then be clicked to go into details.

What are the ways I can order products on Insity?

All order needs to be placed via our website. We do not have any physical store and we do not create order over telephone. For assistance while placing your order you can call our Customer Support Number +91 99108 54447

What delivery methods are used by Insity?

We primary delivery using two methods - Courier Delivery and Express Delivery. On the Product Detail Page the text 'Shipping & Delivery' mentions the delivery type used for that product.

Courier Delivery :

In this method we ship the product using our courier partners and our courier partners do the final delivery of the product. The transit time is determined by the courier partner and is based on the distance from our shipping warehouse to your delivery location. We and our vendors have warehouse all over India to facilitate quick delivery.

The transit time is usually 2-5 Days and the estimated transit time to deliver a particular product to your pincode can be found by entering your delivery pincode on the Product Detail page in the textbox named 'Estimated Delivery Date'.

We use the Priority Overnight delivery of Fedex / Bluedart / Aramax etc for courier delivery. Electronic products containing Lithium Batteries will be shipped using surface transport due to Govt. restrictions.

We ship to almost all the pincodes of India using courier delivery.

Express Delivery : (also called Special Delivery or Hand Delivery)

In this method we use our own delivery person or our vendor delivery person to deliver the product and the product is hand delivered. Products that are usually delivered using this delivery methods are Cakes, Flowers and some Plants. For Express Delivery products we ask customer the delivery date and delivery time so that we can deliver the product at a Fixed Date and Time.

We offer the following types of delivery timelines under Express Delivery category.

  • Standard Delivery - Delivered any time during the selected day.
  • Fixed Time Delivery - Delivered in a Time Slot selected by the customer.
  • Midnight Delivery - Delivered between 11:30 PM and 12:00 midnight on the date selected.
  • Early Morning Delivery - Delivered before 9:00 AM on the date selected.

Standard Delivery is Free, other delivery type has a nominal fee associated with it. The details are on the product detail page.

What is the payment policy of Insity?

We offer various payment methods for payment including Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallets, UPI, Net banking and EMI. Please check the product details page to check for the payment methods offered for that product. Payment for orders has to be made online post confirmation of the order. Payment process is secured via a 256 bit SSL connection. We do not store / capture any of your credit card or Net banking information, viz credit card number, credit card expiry date, net banking id or password, etc.

Please note that we do not ship order without complete payment, if the payment fails or payment is not done for an order, the order will be automatically cancelled.

How can I order special or corporate or bulk order?

We can customise your order as per your needs. You can simply call us on our Customer support number +91 99451 54447 or write to us at support@insity.com. You can also use the Contact Us form to reach us with your special needs.

How can I do gift order?

You can place an order from anywhere in the world, for any city within India. For gift order you can also opt for a gift message, while placing the order. While you place an order you just have to mention the intended recipient's address in the shipping address, we would ensure that the order is processed, shipped and delivered to the intended recipient on your behalf.

Please note that we do not sent the Invoice of an order to the recipient.

Can I pay online for my order?

Yes, you can use your Credit / Debit card / Wallets / UPI / Net Banking payment facility. Once the online payment is successfully made you would get an automated mail confirming the successful payment from our Payment Gateway service provider.

Do you accept sodexho or other food coupons?

No, currently we do not accept Sodexho or any other type of Food Coupons.

What are the categories that Insity operates in?

Insity is an online retails store with a primary focus on a wide variety of gifts. Currently we have Cakes, Flowers, Personalised Gifts, Plants, Chocolates and a variety of Combo Packs.

We are constantly improving our product offerings and increasing the categories of product that we offer.

Do check in from time to time to see new products that we have added to our inventory.

In which cities does Insity deliver?

We ship and deliver to any city in India, which has a coverage by any reputed courier.

Hand delivered products such as Cakes and Flowers are restricted to some 300+ Cities.

On which days does Insity ship the order?

Insity is operational through the year on all the days except on Sunday and national holidays. The days on which Insity will not operate will be intimated by a broadcast message on the website.

How much time does Insity take to ship the order?

We are committed to dispatch couriered products within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours from the time of placement of the order of any product.

How can I track the shipment progress of my order?

Once the orders are shipped the courier consignment number would be shared to the email id and phone number mentioned in the billing address via our automated mailing system. Using the shipment consignment number the progress can be tracked from the courier company’s official website tracking page.

You can also get the status of your order on the Order Detail page by going into My Account.

Will my order be home delivered?

All the orders would be home delivered by our courier partner excluding the areas where it is marked as non-serviceable or remote area. In such instances the courier partner on their own discretion would dispatch the parcel to a nearest location to the intended delivery address and inform the recipient to pick-up the parcel from the nearest delivery outlet.

Will my chocolates melt during transit?

We ship all our chocolates using the fastest available courier services.The chocolates will be in a cool dry facility before packing so that the temperature inside the box is retained during transit. Despite our best precaution, due to the change in the climatic condition during transit, we advise the customer to allow the package to cool off for a while just after delivery, preferably you can keep in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to 1 hour before opening the package.

When shipping to a residence and no one is home, the products will either be

  • left outside sitting in the heat or
  • put back in the hot courier truck.

If you need to ship to a residence and you cannot be home, please instruct the security guard / person at home who will receive the package on your behalf to place the package in a cool dry place and not under direct sun light. In the event your package has been sitting in heat, let it "rest" at room temperature or refrigerate it for a few hours to give it a chance to return to normal consistency.

Even if you and Insity.com take every precaution possible, there is always the chance that chocolate may melt during transit. Please consider the type of chocolates you are purchasing during warm weather months as Insity.com cannot provide refunds for melted products.

Do I need to pay anything extra for delivery from Insity?

The only amount that you need to pay is what is displayed on the order invoice. We don't charge anything extra in forms for taxes. Taxes are already included in the price displayed on the website.

The price displayed on our website are inclusive of all Taxes / VAT / GST etc.

Can I order over phone?

Currently we do not have that option but Yes you can call our Customer Support Team at +91 99108 54447 to help you in placing an order on the website.

Whom can I approach for complaint or concerns?

How can I put my own products in Insity?

If you are a local manufacturer of gifting, we can put your products on our site, and you can expose your gifting products to our customers and to the world. Please contact us using the Contact Us for more details.

How do I register with Insity?

  • On the Footer of any page, click on ‘MyAccount’ and then click on ‘Sign up’.
  • This will take you to the Registration page.
  • Enter the required details and click on ‘Sign Up’.
  • This will register you with Insity.

How do I login to my account?

  • On the Footer of any page, click on ‘MyAccount’.
  • This will take you to the Login page.
  • Enter the required details and click on ‘Login’.

How do I add items to my cart?

  • Browse through our wide range of products and once you have selected your product, click on the ‘Buy’ button.
  • If you want to add more than 1 quantity of a particular product to your cart, you can change the quantity in the Product details page to a quantity of your choice and click on ‘Buy’ button on the Product details page.
  • This will add the Product to your cart.

How do I view the items in my cart?

  • In order to view the items in your cart, click on the ‘Shopping cart’ link or Cart Image in the ‘Header’ section of the page.
  • The number next to ‘Cart’ link will display the total number of Products in your cart.

How do I go to the checkout page?

  • Once you have completed selecting the items from our site and added them to your cart, you can click on the ‘Shopping cart’ link or Cart Image in the Header section of the page.
  • This will take you to the ‘Cart’ page.
  • You can review the Products in your cart in this page.
  • Now you can click on the ‘Checkout’ button on the page.
  • This will take you to the Checkout Process.

How can I complete my order? (or) How do I checkout my items?

  • Once you are in the Checkout page, Click on ‘Checkout’ to go to continue.
  • Fill in the Sender Information or Billing Information and click ‘Continue’.
  • Fill in the Shipping Information or Delivery Information and click ‘Continue’.
  • Select a Payment Method for payment and click ‘Continue’. You will be shown ‘Insity Cash’ if any cash is there in your ‘Insity Wallet, but for this option to show you must be logged into your account by clicking on ‘My Account’ in the footer of any page. You can use ‘Insity Cash’ to pay a portion of your Order Total.
  • You will be shown the Confirmation Page, check the details and if everything is correct click ‘Confirm’ to go for payment.
  • You will be taken to Payment Page for payment of the order. Please do not press ‘Back’ button or ‘Refresh’ button while on Payment Page.
  • Once payment is successful the order will be created and you will an email and SMS confirming the same.

How can I remove a product from my shopping cart?

Click on the X button in front of the product name in the Shopping Cart to remove the product from shopping Cart.

How can I update the product quantity in my shopping cart?

Change the quantity in the quantity textbox against the product and then click on ‘Update Shopping Cart’ to reflect the changes.

Where can I see the latest products on your website?

You can click on ‘New Products’ link in the Header section (or) the Footer section to view the latest products on our site.

Where can I see the details of a product?

Simply click on the Product Name or Product Image and it will take you to the Product details page.

I want to subscribe / unsubscribe to newsletters. How do I do that?

Enter your email Id in the ‘Subscribe to Newsletter’ section at the bottom of the page and you will receive newsletter as sent out by the Store.

To Unsubscribe from Newsletter, please send us an email to support@insity.com and we will remove your email id from our list.

Where can I see my order details?

  • Click on ‘My Account’ link on the top of the page
  • This will take you to My Account’s page
  • On the left hand side menu, Click on ‘Orders’. This will list out all the orders you have placed with Insity and their status.
  • Click on ‘Details’ button to see the Order details.

Can I print my orders details?

  • Yes. You can. Click on the ‘Details’ button in the Order details page.
  • Here, you can choose to either ‘Print’ the order (or) save a pdf copy of the invoice by clicking on ‘Pdf Online’ button.

Do you send invoice with the order?

No, we do not send the Invoice with the order, but if the recipient calls us and asks about the the person who has placed then we are obliged to give that information, but we do not mention the price of the product.

Where can I change my account, address and password?

  • Click on ‘My Account’ link on the top of the page
  • On the left hand side menu, Click on ‘Customer Info’, ‘Addresses (or) ‘Change Password’ links to change your information, add, delete or edit addresses or make changes to your password respectively.

What is Insity wallet and Insity cash?

Insity during festive season gives Cash Back to customer on purchase of products from Insity. The Cash Back that we give is called Insity Cash and the Wallet where this Insity Cash goes is called Insity Wallet.

Insity Cash can be used to purchase product on Insity.com only and will be available on the Payment Page as an option to select during the Check Out process. To know the Insity Cash currently available in your Insity Wallet log into your account by clicking ‘My Account’ in the footer of the page and then click ‘Insity Wallet’ on the left side menu.

Insity Cash is credited to Insity Wallet of the customer only after an Order is completed, No Insity Cash will be credited if Order is cancelled.

The exact amount that will be credited to Insity Wallet for an Order varies from time to time depending on the Offers that are going on at that time. To know exact amount that will be credited, please log into your account by clicking ‘My Account’ and then add the product to your Shopping Cart. Shopping Cart will show the exact amount that will be credited after the order is completed.

Please note that Insity Cash can only be used for purchase of Items at Insity.com and cannot be used for any other purpose and once it is used it cannot be reversed.
