To which cities does Insity ship?

We ship the orders to most of the cities in India. Shipping of the order is determined by the pin-code of the desired delivery location. With our preferred courier partners we deliver to around 5000 pin-codes in India.

How do I know if my pin-code is deliverable?

The option to check if the product can be shipped to your desired location is available on the product page. On the  "Check Estimated Delivery Date" box enter your pincode to check if the serviceablility and the estimated date of delivery for that respective product.

What are the shipping / delivery charges ?

We have products that are delivered free as well as products where delivery charges apply. The products where delivery charges apply are clearly marked as 'Fixed Delivery Charge of Rs. 90' in the product description in the product detail pages. The Delivery Charges are fixed at Rs 90 and is not dependent on the order value or the weight of the product.

All our products where delivery charges are applied are shipped using FedEx / Bluedart / Delhivery Priority Services with appropriate packaging to safeguard your products during transit. The delivery charges are fixed, they dont vary by weight or by quantity and delivery charges are Rs 90.

After I place the order when will be my order shipped?

All orders that need to be couriered will be dispatched from the respective shipping facility within 24 to 48 business hours from the time of order placement excluding Sunday and other business holidays. However some of the homemade chocolates might require a higher dispatch time as required by the respective chocolatier/ manufacturer / dealer, the specific product page will have more precise information on the same. For products that are hand delivered it will be shipped as per the Special delivery.

How about dispatch on Sundays

There will be no shipping or dispatch on Sundays; all the order placed on Sunday will be dispatched on the next Business day, barring products eligible for Special delivery.

Will I receive my order in a single package?

Your order may contain many products. Dispatch of orders containing homemade chocolates / certain decorative items / flower bouquets / Cakes and collectibles would be individually done by the respective chocolatier/ manufacturer / dealer in a separate package. Orders containing branded chocolates, nuts and certain decorative items and collectibles will be dispatched by Insity in a separate package. Flower bouquets and Cakes will be Hand delivered by the respective vendor per the special delivery schedule.

How will get the shipment tracking details?

Once your order is dispatched and the tracking number generated, an automated mail and SMS with the shipment details will sent to the email id  and mobile number provided in the billing address.

How can I track the shipping done against my order?

You can track the shipment from our courier partners website. You can also track the order status by clicking on the link You can also check the status by clicking on 'Order Status' on the header of any page in  With our Customer Prime approach there will be no need for you to track the shipment , as we will track your shipment till it is delivered to the desired delivery location.

Do I have to track the shipment of my order?

Absolutely not, our Customer Prime approach will take care of tracking your shipment which is made by Insity as well as its merchant partners, till delivery.

How would I get my delivery?

All order will be delivered primarily via FEDEX/BLUEDART/DELHIVERY couriers(Some shipments may be done via other reputed couriers by the respective chocolatier/ manufacturer / dealer). It would take a maximum of 2-4 Business days of time for major cities and 4-7 business days of time for non-major cities from the time the order is shipped excluding Sundays and National Holidays. The days mentioned prior for the delivery of the order is an estimate, delay in delivery may happen for reasons beyond our control. We at Insity put in our best efforts to have your order delivered in time with our respective courier partners. 

What is Special Delivery?

For products like Flower bouquets, cakes, etc that require a hand delivery will be eligible for special delivery. The schedule of the special delivery is mentioned below:

Standard Delivery:  Available on one time slots viz: 8:00 - 21: 00 hrs. Cut-off time for Standard Delivery is 15:00 Hrs of the same day. 

Fixed Time Delivery: Available on seven time slots viz: 7:00 hrs - 9:00 hrs, 10:00 hrs -12:00 hrs, 12:00 hrs -14:00 hrs, 14:00 hrs - 16:00 hrs, 16:00 hrs - 18:00 hrs, 18:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs, 20:00 hrs - 22:00 hrs. Cut-off time is 4 hour before next time slot for the same day delivery.

Mid Night Delivery: Midnight delivery will be attempted between 23:30 hrs on the requested delivery date - 00:30 hrs on the following day. Cut-off time for same day mid night delivery is 15:00 hrs.

Will my chocolates melt during transit? 

We ship all our chocolates using the fastest available courier services.The chocolates will be in a cool dry facility before packing so that the temperature inside the box is retained during transit. Despite our best precaution, due to the change in the climatic condition during transit, we advise the customer to allow the package to cool off for a while just after delivery, preferably you can keep in the Refrigerator for about 30 minutes to 1 hour before opening the package.

When shipping to a residence and no one is home, the products will either be (1) left outside sitting in the heat or (2) put back in the hot courier truck. If you need to ship to a residence and you cannot be home, please instruct the security guard / person at home who will receive the package on your behalf to place the package in a cool dry place and not under direct sun light. In the event your package has been sitting in heat, let it "rest" at room temperature or refrigerate it for a few hours to give it a chance to return to normal consistency.

Even if you and take every precaution possible, there is always the chance that chocolate may melt during transit. Please consider the type of chocolates you are purchasing during warm weather months as cannot provide refunds for melted products.

In which condition should I not accept the delivery?

Please do not accept the parcel from the courier company's delivery person if the parcel is already open. Kindly note the courier consignment number and immediately report the same to Insity on our Support contact number. Accepting an already open parcel would make the customer or recipient ineligible for any claim for refund or reshipment of the same order.

Non-Delivery of Orders:    

Insity or their courier partners are not responsible of non-deliverance of orders for reasons mentioned below:

  • Recipient is not available for delivery or door locked at the time of delivery.
  • Recipients address wrongly mentioned by the customer.
  • Recipient refuses to accept the delivery where the order was placed by him/her.

In such cases the order would be considered as executed.

Shipping & Delivery Holiday

There will be no shipping or delivery done by Insity or our courier partner on Sundays and other National Holidays. Sunday delivery is provided for products eligible for Special Delivery excluding National Holidays. 

Cancellation Policy:

Order can be cancelled by the customer at any point of time prior to dispatch for shipment of the order, except for Orders placed for customised / personalised chocolates / flower bouquets / cakes . customised / personalised chocolates / flower bouquets / cakes cannot be cancelled.

You can cancel the order by sending us an email from the email id which was used to place the order. To cancel your order you need to provide us the order number that would have been e-Mailed to you in our automated order confirmation mail. Additionally we would request you to forward us the order confirmation mail to cancel the right order.

Orders once dispatched (Shipped) cannot be cancelled.

Orders where the online payment has failed or the online payment process has not been completed by the customer will be automatically cancelled.
