To which cities does Insity ship its products?

We ship to most of the cities in India. With our courier partners we deliver to around 6,000 pincodes in India.

Please enter your delivery pincode in the textbox provided on the product detail page to check if we deliver to your location and also to check the delivery timelines.

We also do hand delivery of products like Cakes and Flowers to over 300 cities in India, hand delivered products can be delivered on the Same Day or can be delivered at Fixed Time or Date as selected by customer. All hand delivered products will have an option to choose the 'Date of Delivery' and 'Time of Delivery' while adding the product to the shopping cart.

How to know if my pincode is serviceable?

The option to check if the product can be delivered to your desired pincode is available on the product detail page. On the product detail page there is a textbox marked 'Check Estimated Delivery Date' or 'Delivery Pincode' to enter your delivery pincode to check if the location is serviceable.

We will also show you the Estimated Date of Delivery for respective product at the delivery pincode if the product is marked as Courier Delivery. Please note that the Estimated Date of Delivery is just an estimate, the product may be delivered before or after this date. In case if you want product on a specific date, please select a hand delivered gift such as Cake or Flowers or selected Plants.

What are the shipping / delivery charges?

We have products that are delivered FREE as well as products where delivery charges apply. The products where delivery charges apply are clearly marked as 'Shipping Charges: Shipping Charges Apply.' in the product description on the product detail pages.

The delivery charges are fixed at Rs 90 and is not dependent on the order total or the weight of the product.

Most of our products are shipped FREE. Please check the product detail page of the product that you want to order to know if the product is shipped Free or there is an delivery charges.

After I place the order when will my order be shipped?

All orders that are couriered are dispatched from the respective shipping facility within 24 to 48 business hours from the time of order placement excluding Sunday and other business holidays. However some of the personalised products might require a higher dispatch time as required by the respective manufacturer / dealer, the specific product page will have more precise information on the same.

For products that are hand delivered (like Cakes, Flowers and certain Plants) it will be shipped as per the 'Delivery Date' and 'Delivery Time' selected by customer. You can order a Cake or Flower for a future date and we assure you that it will be delivered to you precisely on that date and time.

How about dispatch on Sundays and business holidays?

There will be no shipping or dispatch of courier products on Sundays or business holidays; all the order for courier products placed on Sunday or business holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Products that are Hand Delivered or product that are marked as special delivery are delivered on Sundays and also on business holidays depending on the date of delivery selected by customer. Hands Delivered products include Cakes, Flowers and some selected Plants.

Will I receive my order in a single package?

Your order may contain more than one products from different product types and individual products might be coming from different vendors and different locations, so all the products may not be shipped or delivered in a single package.

Dispatch of orders containing homemade chocolates / certain decorative items / flower bouquets / Cakes and collectibles would be individually done by the respective chocolatier/ manufacturer / dealer / vendors in a separate package. Orders containing branded chocolates, nuts and certain decorative items and collectibles will be dispatched by Insity in a separate package. Flower bouquets and Cakes will be Hand delivered by the respective vendor per the special delivery schedule.

How will I get the shipment tracking details?

Once your order is dispatched and the tracking number generated, an automated mail and SMS with the shipment details will be sent to the email id and mobile number provided in the billing address. The Shipment Detail will contain the courier tracking details.

How can I track the order status?

You can track the shipment status from our courier partners website using the AWB number given in the shipment email.

You can also track the order status by clicking on the link You can also log into My Account and check the details of all your orders.

In which condition should I not accept the delivery?

Please do not accept the parcel from the courier company's delivery person if the parcel is already open. Kindly note the courier consignment number and immediately report the same to Insity on our support contact number.

Accepting an already open parcel would make the customer or recipient ineligible for any claim for refund or reshipment of the same order.

What is your policy for Non-Delivery of orders?

Insity or their courier partners are not responsible of non-deliverance of orders for reasons mentioned below:

  • Recipient is not available for delivery or door locked at the time of delivery.
  • Insity person or delivery person not allowed to deliver at the recipient location.
  • Recipients address wrongly mentioned by the customer.
  • Recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

In the above cases the order would be considered as executed and no refund or reshipping request will be entertained.

Please give your detailed and correct address for a smooth delivery.

Please do not assume that the delivery person will give you a call on your mobile number before coming for delivery.

We do not entertain change of delivery address after the order has been shipped.

What is your returns policy?

We are extremely sorry but we do not take returns of products after it has been delivered unless there is manufacturing defects or damages during transit. The reason is that all of our products are either perishable products or are personalised / customised products which cannot be re-packed for re-sale, hence we not offer any returns of products once delivered.

If the product delivered has any manufacturing defects or there is damages to the product during transit, we will reship the product again to you. Please do write to with details of manufacturing defects or damages during transit with pictures of the product that you have received.

What is your cancellation policy?

Order can be cancelled by the customer at any point of time prior to dispatch for shipment of the order. Orders for customised / personalised products / flower bouquets / cakes cannot be cancelled once the processing has started.

You can cancel the order by sending us an email from the email id which was used to place the order. To cancel your order you need to provide us the order number that would have been emailed to you in our automated order confirmation mail. Additionally we would request you to forward us the order confirmation mail to cancel the right order.

Orders once dispatched (shipped) cannot be cancelled.

Orders where the online payment has failed or the online payment process has not been completed by the customer will be automatically cancelled.
