Flower Care Instructions

The flowers you have ordered for online delivery may be for birthday, wedding, diwali or anniversary but you can make the happiness last longer by following the below listed recommendation for flower care:

• When your flower delivery arrives, just trim the stems and add water. Re-cut 1-2” of the stems at a 45 degree angle.
• Use a clean vase and clean water.
• Remove the leaves below the water line but do not remove all leaves along the stem length.
• Check the water level daily and replenish as needed.
• Don’t place flowers in direct sunlight or near any other source of excessive heat.
• All flowers benefit from a daily mist of water.

General Delivery Disclaimer (Important, Please Read):

• Orders received till 6 pm on 6th Feb. will be delivered by 7th Feb or before. Orders received till 6 pm on 13th Feb. will be delivered by 14th Feb or before.
• Orders received on 7^th or 14^th Feb. will be processed for next day.
• The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
• Certain flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
• We deliver on all week days including Sundays except National Holidays.
• The chosen delivery time is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
• Occasionally, substitutions of flowers are necessary (including specified color), basket, vase & other products with equal value or higher value due to temporary, regional availability issues.
• Since flowers are perishable in nature, we attempt delivery of your order only ONCE.
• The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. In case of house locked/recipient not available/incorrect address/recipient refusing delivery, the order will be considered executed and the customer shall still be charged for the order.
• This product is HAND DELIVERED and will not be delivered along with courier products, so your flower bouquet gets a personal attention during transit for delivery from our online flower delivery catalogue.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances such as-floods, heavy rains, natural calamity, national bandh, election dates, curfews, traffic jams, festival times, regulated traffic movements or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order Insity reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
• In case of Hostel, Hospital or Offices, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the order will be delivered at the reception.
• This product is non refundable, non returnable or non exchangeable. Order once placed for this product cannot be cancelled.
